The old what to do for new years??? Well, I wasn't invited anywhere (tear).. No love I tell ya... So I'm probably staying home with the hubby and my lil man... It's no fun when you have to go out to work at 7am both days... Dayum sick people... WTF are they thinking??? Just kidding.. I do like my job most days that is... But when the holidays come around and we have to work 12hr shifts because our staffing sucks... That bites the big one.... But what's a girl to do... Deal with the cards I'm dealt...

Speaking of cards... I finally learned how to play Holdem' yaaaay me... I know I know all of you are saying well it's about dayum time.... Yes I do suck at it...but I'll get it... ;)

What's a girl to do???

Had a crappy nite at work!!! Of course what else is new.... I should change my thought process before I go into work... (Ok girl this is gonna be a really crappy nite) then maybe just maybe I'll amaze myself and have a good one... Yeah probably not... So one of the girls asks me Hey wanna go n have a drink after work?? Yea sure why not... Then she proceeds to tell me where her and a few other people from work are going... (this shady place been there a few times, not my favorite... as you sit there your wondering is my car gonna be there when I'm ready to leave) Yeah na... I start to drive there... Thinking about that very thought... Na fuc it, I'm not going.... So I start to drive home... Yeah but a drink sounds really good (thinking to self as I drive) SOOOOO I stop in a local joint on the way home, thinking maybe I'll run into a few people in there... Walk in... do the quick scan... yeah nope no luck there.... Only person I knew was the tender and the owner... AAAHHH well sit down, & have a drink... Chit chat for a few... Looking like shyt (scrubs and all)... This guy sits down... Drunken self and all.... Thinking to self: Oh lord here we go.... Here comes the magic question, "Are you a nurse??" Ring a ding ding... I predicted that one.... So many times I want to say No I work at McDonalds.... But no, I hold back the anger.... and reply... Why yes I am how could you have known?? Well your outfit kind of gives it away; he says... Thinking to self ok dumbazz please just get up and exit stage left... But no not my luck... He keeps on talking and talking and talking... Thinking to self... Lord please let me outta here... Just then my cel rings, thinking thank god... Looking at the caller ID...Going Oh shyt... It's my girlfriend from Madison, who loves to call and talk about her life issues at 1am... To answer the phone or not answer the phone??? So I excuse myself... After I slam my drink of course... Mean while the phone is ringing (I love nascar) the drunk is amused "I love that song... See we are destine to be together" (thinking oooh lord get me the fuc outta here) as my azz is running for the door... (As the tender is yelling "leave her the fuc alone she's married")I throw my girl the tender I good tip, say my goodbye and out I go... Meanwhile, my friend is sobbing on the phone....Thinking to self...Lord here we go.. Listen for a few minutes, offer my advice and do the oooh your braking up....gimme a call tomorrow...my phone is cutting out... Mean yes I know, but sometimes... I just want to choke her! Meanwhile I'm sure my other friend from work is gonna call and cuss me out for not showing up... Ah well, Life goes on!!!!!!

Back to the same ole crap!!!

All the hype for 2 days and 5 minutes of fun!!! But mannnn it was worth it! To see my lil guy's eyes light up like they did christmas morning! That was great! He was so concerned about the paper on the floor... He kept picking it up and running it to the box we were putting it all in... Not a bad thing... I already have one messy marvin, no need for two! ;) Boy did he get a lot of stuff too.... I need a bigger house you guys!! Extra room just for his stuff! I have toys from the living room to the bathroom to his room and mine... Crazy! Ever step on a duplo at 2am??? Try it sometime, you just wanna die! Or trip over a baby gate??? Yea that was about as fun as an ingrown toe nail! Oh my god I thought I was gonna die!

Anyways, monday was back at work for me! Whooop De Frickin Doooo!!!! The only plus was I got to work by myself!!! yaaaaay Didn't have to orientate anyone!! That was a frickin blessing! Although everybody is sick, including myself. So if you want to get better, don't go to the hospital cuz all your nursing staff is ill... Nice hey, yes I know. You would think they would let us stay home but na. We don't get any "sick" days. If we take a day it's either unpaid (who the fuc can afford that) or it comes out of our vacation time (hell no). Nice right, yea whatever! Damn hospital administrators! Whose brite idea was that one! Now you have people such as my friend walking around with "walking pneumonia".. That's just wonderful! Like I want to obtain that shyt! I only have a sinus infection so I'm better off then most people walking around there. Still feeling like shyt though.

All I can say is Holy sh*t!! I ventured out yesterday to obtain the gifts that didn't come from LTD....Hope you get your order Auntie Aleta!! (ma told me that you were still waiting too).... This will be the first and last time I order from them...

Anyways, shopping was a trip. I really really really hate shopping. (yes guys a girl who hates to shop. Amazing I know.) So I'm in the parking lot of Target... With my son.. All most go hit as we were walking to the store.... Then I realize it was my neighbor, who almost hit me...Nice!! I'll get ya shyt head!!! Then as I run through the store, I get hit by a little old lady. Cart up the ankles thing... GRRRRRRRRR.... That has to be the most annoying thing in the world... So I carry on, limping through the store. Find my crap... At this point I'm realizing why christmas is not fun anymore... Thinking next year, gifts for the kids and thats it....As I am checking out, I say to the girl. Merry Christmas!! She looks at me like I'm nuts and doesn't say a word.... How f*cking rude is that!!! I'm just glad I am done!!

Anyways, don't get me started on the whole not decorating at work thing because it may upset other religions/cultures....I work at a Catholic hospital. We can not decorate patient care areas. (Anywhere patients or families venture through the hospital) So basically we cant decorate.....WHATEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes my Auntie Aleta has just informed me that my post is really old!!! I know I know.... I have been sooooooo busy chasing my little man (you did see how busy he is at gramma's rite??) and getting ready for chirstmas...Kinda forgot to put a post in! Today I'm a little pfffffd because I have to run out to the store and get a few more things since one of my orders won't be hear for christmas... DAAAAYUM IT!!! If you as a vendor can't satisfy your orders then don't promise people orders by chirstmas!!! That just annoys me!!! So I cancelled my order and of course they cant refund your money right away... Sooooo thats a whole other issue!!!

Christmas Shopping DONE!!!!

Yaaaaay I'm very proud of myself this year...I didn't save my shopping until the last minute.... I am all done!!! Just waiting for the FedEx guy to deliver!! I have to say I love online shopping!! No crabby, pissed off checkers or rude folks running up your ankles with carts!! I shopped from home in my pj's with a beer in hand...It was GREAT!!! I highly recommend this to anyone!

As you can tell I'm one who doesn't care for shopping!! Yes guys a girl who hates the mall!! Amasing isn't it! I hate "window" shopping. I know what I want in the store and where it is... Go in get it and get the f**k out!!

I'm sure as I wrap things there will be someone I forgot, there always is! Oh shyt... As I sit here typing this I remembered the gift exchange at work!! Dayummmmmm it! Ah well gift cards are always good and fast!!!

Thoughts on shipping charges!!

I just need to vent.....by the way the packers lost!! Kinda thought that would happen...even though it was a close game... I still love em...Okay Okay back to my original thought process!!!

Oh my goodness!!! I well my dad, wanted to order Nick his new bed for Christmas... We are huge racing fans sooooo I am redoing his room in nascar and racing stuff.....Gonna be sooooo cool, yall are gonna be jealous...lol Anyways, I found this stock car racing bed that is a toddler bed and converts to a twin bed...Very nice looking, its not like to little tikes race car bed that looks like a retarded corvette on crack... this one is very nice looking... anyway I found it online and then I found it in the JCPenney christmas catalog. For $100.00 cheaper then online....sooooooo I called my sister in law who works for penneys...thinkin yeah discount wooohooo...Anyways she can get an additional 30.00 off...ok cool...but then she says oooooo shipping will be get this.... $150.00 bucks....Okay what the f**k???? did you say $150.00 for a PLASTIC bed to be shipped??? That is more then the total cost of the bed!!!! They won't let me pick it up at penney's either, its a "ship only" item....GRRRRRRRRR....I havent told grandpa yet....He's probably gonna say screw that.....So here I go again looking for another way to order this thing with out breaking the bank!!! Life is always a challenge, nothing can ever be simple.....

Just my luck!!!

I know I know...I haven't posted much lately!! I've been so busy this past week! STB your luck is wearing off on me... This week...lord.... the garage door decided to take a crap... How wonderful.... The positive part is we have a 2.5 car garage, ya think I could park my truck in there... NOPE!! The camper is in my spot!! How lovely is that! So back to the positive part, my truck was not stuck in the garage. However, most of you know my husband and how Mr Fix-it he is not... So he opened the door...it opened fine...he got his snow brush and whatever else he needed and pushed the door button....well it started to close, the opener stopped and blinked the light like there may have been something in front of the sensors....At this point he's pissed and throwing a fit... I asked "Is there anything blocking the sensor???" (IE a chunk of snow?? this happened to me last year) No nothing ok try the button again...nope same thing...Well mister fix-not decided it would be a brilliant idea to pull the door down manually....HAHA However, forgot to pull the little hanging thingy (the release handle)....yea really nice... So now the door is part way closed and totally jacked up on one side... NICE!! He leaves...pissed at the world...("you might want to call someone to look at that f**king thing since you have nothing to do today..") He screams out the truck window on his way down the driveway!! NICE!! Lets see its thurs morning...hmmmm I don't wanna have cough up 100 bucks for the sears guy to come and tell me yeap mrs its f**ked...All my WONDERFUL uncles are currently at work... (Did I forget to mention the fact that it was snowing, right into the garage of course...surprised I was not told to block the snow from hitting the mustang... HAf**kingHA) Called my little brother, can you pleeeeeease come fix this door....Yes I'll be there round 5pm...ok THANKYOU!!!! He comes of course the first words outta his mouth what the f**k did he do??? Anyways, He fixed the door..."sort of" "It'll work for now" So basically it's J-rigged for a month or so... but hey it's closed and it locks!!!

My week did get better!!

Friday evening was our work christmas party!! ooooh wait can't say christmas...ummm holiday party!!! Getting sick of that crap by the way too...If I wanna say CHRISTMAS I'm gonna! But that's a whole other post...which I will be expressing later this week... Back to the party...It was a blast....Drank, danced and drank, ate and drank some more.... I wanted to sing but the dj wouldn't let me...party pooper... he had a brittney mic and everything.. mannnn It was still fun though... Then a bunch of us moved the party at midnight to a local bar, Drank and drank some more....(shhh I was pretty f**ked up) which was fun because I'm usually the driver, so I very rarely get that bad...At the bar my friend found a rubberband in her soda....ewww....so I got a free shot (of my usual)...yayy me....Sorry girl, but thanks!!!! Whiskeygyrl was all jacked up friday night!!!!
